- Items cannot be returned after 30 days from date of invoice.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All freight charges related to the original shipment and the return will be the responsibility of the customer. No credit will be issued for shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error. Top Gun Refinish Equipment is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking.
- Special Order or Non-Stock Items: Returns are not allowed for products which have been specially ordered and drop shipped by the manufacturer. These items are not routinely stocked and therefore cannot be returned.
- Returned merchandise must be new, complete and in its original packaging.
- All returns are subject to inspection.
- Return requests are reviewed manually and responded to within 1 business day, but it will generally be within a few hours if the request is received during our normal business hours.
- An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If an order is refused, it will then fall under our standard return policy.
- You must take the time to inspect the items ordered before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier. If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting the shipment you will be responsible for filing a freight claim and arranging for a repair or return of the damaged goods. Concealed damage claims must be reported immediately.
- PLEASE NOTE: Returned merchandise must be in new condition, including all original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, if any parts are missing, or if the packaging is incomplete or damaged.
- Upon receipt of returned merchandise we will either replace the merchandise, issue a credit, or offer a refund.
- Some health and personal care items - 3M PAPRS, SATA Air Vision 5000, SAS Supplied Air Systems & Paint Masks are not returnable, unless product is unopened and in undamaged original packaging – subject to inspection.
- SATA products with the SATA Product Authentication seal cut, removed or damaged cannot be returned – subject to inspection.
