The SATAjet “FUTURE” edition has all the same great features as the X 5500 series spray guns that include the innovative "I" and "O" nozzle technology.
- RP: Extra Fast - RP spray guns stand for maximum working speed with optimized high-pressure technology and low overspray.
- HVLP: Extra Economical - HVLP paint spray guns achieve particularly high transfer rates with their low-pressure technology.
- Both variants can be used very flexibly, meet the highest demands on the painting result and clearly exceed the transfer rates of 65 % required by the VOC directive.
"I"-nozzles produce a parallel spray fan pattern with a minimal dry zone and a drier center which is ideal for painters preferring a reduced application speed and maximum application control during the painting process.
Film build per coat in comparison to an "O"-nozzle of the same size is slightly reduced.
"O"-nozzles have an oval-shaped spray fan pattern with a larger dry zone and a wet core to accommodate increased application speed at the expense of slightly less application control during the painting process.
Film build per coat in comparison to an "I"-nozzle is slightly higher.
