HIGH-TORQUE, LOW SPEED ROTARY DRIVE. Powered by geared 1,750 RPM Air-Efficient Motor with 18:1 gear reduction. Low-speed torque uses "shaving action" to replace the tearing and gouging of high speed sanding. Surface heat and panel warpage eliminated along with mid-sanding cycles necessary to remove damage inflicted in high speed abuse. 8" PSA pad included.
