Allegro Industries Portable Fume Extractor Filters
The Allegro Industries 9450/9450-HE Fume Extractor filters and pre-filters are offered in six different combinations and allow maximum flexibility for varying work applications (including HEPA for Hexavalent chromium control and 95% for carbon steel weld fumes). All filters are made in the USA.

9450-FHE HEPA Main Filter: The highest efficiency filter available, HEPA filters are primarily used in applications where weld fumes are most harmful. We recommend for use when welding on stainless steel, as the process emits Hexavalent Chromium. Efficiency Rating: 99.97% @ .3 microns
9450-F95 95% Main Filter: A highly efficient filter, 95% filters are used with effective results in most welding applications. We advise using a 95% filter when welding on carbon and galvanized steel. Efficiency Rating: 95% @ 5 microns
9450-PF Pleated Pre-Filter (6/pkg):
The Allegro pre-filter is used to capture large particles of metal dust and dirt found in weld fumes, passing the smaller particles on to the main or HEPA filter. Replacing this filter as indicated by the extractors filter status light will help ensure maximum life of
the main or HEPA filter. Efficiency Rating: 40% @ 5 microns
9450-AM Specialty Aluminum Mesh Oil Pre-Filter:
This pre-filter is used as an alternative to the standard pleated pre-filter (9450-PF) and is used to capture oil mist present in some weld applications. Cleaning this filter after each use will help ensure maximum life of the main or HEPA filter.
9450-CP Specialty Carbon Pleated Odor Pre-Filter:
Use this filter as an alternative to the standard pleated pre-filter (9450-PF) and is used for general dust and dirt capture as well as for reducing or eliminating odors from the welding process. Replacing this filter as indicated by the extractors filter status light will help ensure maximum life of the main and HEPA filter
